Terms of Service
By accepting, you agree to the Malta Brokering Terms of Service. In short:
- You must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
- Brokers introduce leads (no licence, instant access) and are paid an agreed share when a deal completes.
- Agents must hold a valid Malta licence, are subject to manual review before access, and handle all regulated work.
- Brokers never see the assigned agent's identity, and agents never see the referring broker's.
- Don't circumvent the platform to avoid an agreed commission split.
Privacy Policy
By accepting, you agree to the Malta Brokering Privacy Policy. In short:
- We collect your account details and process leads to match them to an agent.
- Your data is handled under the GDPR; we never sell it.
- Broker and agent identities are deliberately kept separate.
- You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time.
